Following their 2008 recruiting class, which ranked as the highest in UCF history, the Knights’ coaching staff has been on the prowl this summer in an attempt to make 2009 an even better haul. While UCF has received a lot of interest from some very prominent prospects, the Knights are also looking down the road, as they offered a scholarship to a 2010 prospect.
