InsideKnights.com will be heading to Lake Brantley High School Wednesday night to get a look at some of the area’s top prospects as they play on the gridiron one more time before they display their skills at the collegiate level. They will be competing in the Central Florida High School All-Star football game.

Some of Central Florida’s best will get one last chance to show what they can do on the football field in this year’s Central Florida High School All-Star game at Lake Brantley H.S.

There will be several UCF recruits participating in the game, including some blue chippers.

Star running backs Mike Gillislee and Al-Terek McBurse from DeLand and Winter Springs high school respectively, are slated to be major attractions on the East squad. However, McBurse told InsideKnights.com that he may not be participating in the game. Gillslee is a four-star running back that had committed to Florida, but UCF appears to be making a push for him.

Jarkevis Fields, a star linebacker for Seminole H.S, has a lot of interest from schools around the country but likely won’t be participating in the game because his team will be playing in the state championship game.

The West team is also loaded with talent that has sparked some interest from UCF.

Jonotthan Harrison, an offensive lineman from South Lake is also a Florida commit that had received some interest from UCF previously. David Harding from Boone H.S. also spurred some interest but committed to Duke this summer. Austen Jacks from Winter Park H.S. was also a pretty highly touted defensive end that had a UCF offer but chose Tulane on Tuesday.

Frankie Davis and Jeremy Wright from East Ridge H.S also have UCF offers. Wright led the area in rushing this year but hasn’t reciprocated interest from the Knights, although Davis has to a certain degree. Davis is a big defensive tackle who has offers from several Big East and Big Ten schools.

The game will begin at 7:30 tomorrow night and tickets are $5. Proceeds will benefit Special Olympics of Central Florida
