Although the vast majority of the football talk up in the land of cheese centers around Brett Favre, the relevant news to UCF Knights fans is that the Green Bay Packers have signed guard Josh Sitton. Ted Thompson, Executive Vice President, General Manager and Director of Football Operations, announced the transactions Thursday.
