Rumors of Phillip Smith leaving UCF first arose earlier in the spring, but gossip quickly died down. Multiple sources have indicated that Smith would be leaving, including a report yesterday from Newschannel 13. Now it is official, UCF’s only running back with game experience has been dismissed. | |
